Commissioned by Surge Cooperative to design and fabricate a permanent archway for their community garden. The design was in collaboration with Surge Coop and the users of the community garden.
The design was based on the surrounding garden, the River Lea and the neighbouring victorian pumping station. The design process was a round of sketches for consultation, sketchup designs and CAD drawings for laser cutting.
